Among these distinguished artists are Gilberto Aceves Navarro, Arnaldo Coen, José Luis Cuevas, Manuel Felguérez, Fernando González Cortázar, Hersúa (Manuel Hernández Suárez), Luis López Loza, Águeda Lozano, Gabriel Macotela, Brian Nisse, Vicente Rojo and Federico Silva.

José Luis Cuevas’ latest work, «Gigante de Chihuahua» (Chihuahua’s Giant), is particularly noteworthy.

This monument is a tribute to the vast geography of Chihuahua and its inhabitants, a kind of symbol of the ability to bind the past as tradition and the future as hope.

Start your tour from Park Lerdo, right in the intersection between Ocampo and Simón Bolívar avenues. Walk along Simon Bolivar avenue to the Government Palace and follows Victoria street until you arrive at the Plaza de Armas.
